Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is simply amazing, making it easy to access the beach and nearby restaurants. The rooms are clean and elegantly decorated, giving a good vibe for a pleasant stay. However, the service was hit or miss, with some staff members being really friendly while others were quite rude and unhelpful. Plus, I found the dining options lacking, which was disappointing given the expectations for a five-star hotel.
The hotel boasts a fantastic location on a main road, which is both quiet and close to the beach. The rooms are clean and elegant, making for a comfortable stay. However, I did face some issues with the service, as some staff members were not very helpful. The dining experience left a lot to be desired, with limited options and high prices. Overall, while it offers good value for money, it doesn't quite meet the standards of a five-star hotel.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While I really appreciated the great location and some of the friendly staff members, like Mr. Mamun and Mr. Ismael, the overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The dining experience was far from ideal, with very limited options for breakfast and only two water bottles provided for our stay. It did offer some family-friendly amenities, but many were closed, which was disappointing.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially because of its great beach location and spacious rooms. The staff, particularly the manager and the supervisor Tanveer, were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, I did find the cleanliness of the room left a bit to be desired, and the dining options were quite limited for the price. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there are some areas that could use improvement.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. While the location on a private beach was just perfect and the staff, especially the manager, were friendly and helpful, there were some drawbacks. The room could've used better cleaning and amenities, which was disappointing. The dining experience fell short of expectations in terms of value and variety, and I definitely expected more from a five-star place.
